Participants must have the authority to submit concepts, files, company information and representations and must respect third-party intellectual-property and confidentiality rights.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for unlawful access, malicious code, harassment, deception, unauthorised disclosure, scraping or conduct that harms participants or platform operations.
Programme and competition rules
Eligibility, judging, prizes, confidentiality, intellectual property and participation requirements may be governed by additional terms for each opportunity.
Availability and enforcement
Sandbox Africa may maintain, change, suspend or restrict services and may act where use breaches applicable rules, law or participant safety.
